Returns and refunds

Cancellation, return and refund rules will be documented after sales-policy confirmation. Online payment journeys (including Razorpay) remain deferred until the payment model is chosen.

Until then, any commercial change is handled through written agreement with the sales team. Prefer the contact form for open orders or quotations.
